A picnic will be organised by the CoventryWarwick
BBS (www.coventrywarwick.com ) this Saturday May 25th on the lawn
near the War Memorial park South parking area. (Please see map below for
location details.)
Free drinks, tableware and Board games will be
provided on the day!
Details:
Each participant needs to prepare a dish and brings it to
the picnic for sharing. (The portion of each dish should be similar to that of
a normal take-away dish)
How to participate:
Please send an email to covwar@gmail.com attach
your name, nationality, the city where you come from, the name of the dish you
will bring on the day and your contact detail (Phone number is preferable as we
might need to contact you on the day.)
Please note：To prevent
participants from bring same dishes, please provide at least two different
dishes while send us the email. The confirmation of your participation would be given
in the form of an e-ticket.
